Bank account opening
Although it is not a legal requirement to have a Spanish bank account if you are not a long-term resident, it is highly recommended for your utilities and tax payments. Our local lawyer can take care of this for you and will gladly explain to you how the Spanish banking system works.

If interested, we can also help you with furnishing and decorating your home. Our local furniture dealers for sure have the right ‘pack’ for you , the packs are tailor-made and can include everything you like : from window furnishings, lights, to white goods, etc. They deliver and install everything prior to your arrival so you can enjoy your new Spanish life from day one !
Prospection trips
It is important to familiarize yourself with the region before making the important step to buy a house. This is why we take our clients on a 2 to 3 day prospection trip. We take care of your lodging (apartment or hotel depending on availability). This trip combines visits of properties, familiarization with the area (beaches, shopping centers, open markets, etc.) as well as tasting of the Spanish cuisine.
Program :
- Day 1 : we welcome you at the airport and take care of you. We will show you properties that correspond to your wishes and will make a few stops to eat something and show you the area.
- Day 2 : debrief of Day 1 and continuation of visits based on your refined criteria, again with some stops to eat and explore the area.
- Day 3 : free information session with our lawyer, and outbrief. We take you to the airport.
By your side
We will be by your side when you take possession of your property and assist you with any after-sales question.
Others
Once you are settled in your new home, we can help you find a specialist for cleaning, maintenance of your swimming pool or your yard, painting works, installation of airconditioning, etc.
